  • I think it’s safe to assume that Yahoo’s services are still among the most used around the world.  It’s not about the added features,  where Yahoo is placed behind its competition.  It’s the popularity of the service that makes it still stand strong and have lots of users. The latest update for the Messenger app for Android might just attract new ones.

Using Yahoo! Messenger for Android you van stay in touch with your friends and family in a convenient manner. The app is very well designed and it also offers a voice call service, though this particular feature is still in beta.  With Yahoo! Messenger you are also able to chat with your Facebook and Windows Live friends and have all your contacts in one place. Other features include free international SMS, video and photo sharing as well as the ability to stay online on Android & PC at the same time, receive messages only where you are active.

Yahoo! Messenger version 1.8.2 brings the removal of all graphical ads from Yahoo! Messenger, so your experience is even more enjoyable. There are also the usual performance and stability improvements.

Download the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger for free from the Play Store.
