  • We already have MMOs on Android, but D&D games… well not that much. Wizards of the Coast is planning a big event that will bring Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms on mobile. The company wants to really expand its scope to Android gamers.

The event will be called The Sunderling and it will involve different types of media, that Forgotten Realms is part of. There are 6 novels in the mix and they are written by authors like R.A. Salvatore, Troy Denning and Ed Greenwood. A part of the new product lineup is a mobile game called Arena of War, that’s a free to play title.

It’s a 3D RPG, that will run alongside with the entire event and it will include multiplayer competitions and timed events within the game. The challenges will last through the entire event until it ends. Preregistration is available right now, if you want to sign up early for Arena of War. This gives an ultra rare power called Cause Fear. Details are available here.
