  • I’m sure you’ve watched our review of Wild Blood, published right here and you probably know we loved the game. And we played it on quite a device, the Galaxy Note II, that would make any game look spectacular. Anyway the scoop now is that Wild Blood just got an important update, that brings it a new multiplayer mode.

This was Gameloft’s first game powered by Unreal Engine technology and back to the update, it also brings the usual bug fixes and some extra content. The new multiplayer mode is called Juggernaut, which you may be familiar with from other titles out there. The idea in a Juggernaut multiplayer is that a person becomes said Juggernaut and everyone else in the match has to hunt the Juggernaut down till they kill him. The thing is that the Juggernaut is a big guy, he has a lot of health and everyone is after him.

He also has special powers and is stronger. So, it’s sort of a like a “tag you’re it” sort of game, since the one who kills the Juggernaut becomes him. Just a quick recap of what Wild Blood is about: you play as Lancelot, a knight at King Arthur’s court. Things went crazy after Morgana summoned demons and king Arthur found out about you and his queen. And it’s all hack and slash from here onward… You also get with the update some new weapons, like the Excalibur sword, Twin Axe Crystal Blades and the Reckoning Longbow. The update is here.
