  • I guess most Internet users while passionate about something, had to have visited a forum or two and even post their opinion at some point, for the guidance of others. In the mobile smartphone and tablet era, Taptalk is the no. 1 choice for visiting and participating in forum distributions.

With forums expanding every day their number of users and posts, Taptalk provides a powerful search engine to discover new points of interest and collaborate with others through distributions. Either by creating a Taptalk ID, or joining the forums with a separate ID and password, the app provides all the basic and advanced tools for creating and editing post.

The initial version of Taptalk for Android was designed to be used on smartphones and did not provide a tablet optimized interface. Recently Quoord Systems Limited, the developers behind the project, have announced and made available on the Store a beta version of a tablet-oriented app – Taptalk HD. The variant offers large screen specific features, such as split view, and is based on the most recent releases of the OS. The final release is now available on the Store.

Taptalk HD is now offered on a limited time sale price of only 0.99$, 4$ off the regular price, on the Play Store.

.99 price good for only 1 day, now up to 2.99. Very easy to miss. I already bought and own phone version and feel I should have a steeply discounted price for my nexus. The forums report that the HD version will not support push notifications -ever?-

I think I’ll just keep using my phone version until I see better reports and a cheaper price.
