  • I’ve seen a ton of games that rip off Temple Run, but some of them manage to still be original. Subway Surfers, an iOS hit apparently has now reached Android and it brings the classic Temple Run action plus moving trains. The game is made by Kiloo Games, requires Android 2.2 and up and takes up 22 MB of storage.

The idea is to dash as fast as you can, jumping on train carts, avoiding those that come towards you or gliding over them all. Jake, Tricky and Fresh are the characters to play with here, but there’s also a grumpy Inspector and his Pitbull chasing you. The graphics are in high definition and very colorful and you even get to do some hoverboard surfing in the game. There’s a paint powered jetpack shown in the trailer below and you will make your characters do cool acrobatic moves by swiping the screen.

This is an universal app with HD optimized graphics and hours of fun and coin collecting. You can get it from here and I also expect some upgrades to be included, since you won’t collect coins for nothing.
