  • MadFinger Games finally released Shadowgun: Deadzone, that has been teased for over 6 months now. This is a beta version for now, available for users with Tegra 3 devices. The game is available for free and the beta is a public one. It requires Android 2.3.3 and up and takes up 113 MB of storage, at least initially. This game is the multiplayer version of Shadowgun, a feature people have been asking for, for a long while.

The FPS is optimized for Tegra 3 devices, like the international HTC One X, LG Optimus 4X HD or ASUS Transformer Prime. There are 4 playable characters available, two game modes and two full maps. There will be more once the game is released in full version. In the beta you will play as a solider, mutant, assassin or… dancer. The weapons you can use include Bandit (SMG), Vega (Attack Rifle), Big Boy, that’s a machinegun and even a shotgun and sniper.

There’s a rocket launcher as well and you can also play with gadgets, like the sprint, medi kit or flash bang. Shadowgun: DeadZone incorporates an in-game Feedback button and there are two gaming modes to practice: DeathMatch and Zone Control. The maps available are Assembly Hall and Invasion. Meet you on the maps, folks! The game is up for free download here.
