  • Piano Hero” would’ve been a better title for this game, considering the similarity towards the well-known Guitar Hero. Piano Master is a great game for music lovers, including most of the classic songs from Beethoven, Mozart and Chopin. The gameplay is simple, you have to follow the notes on the screen and tap the right positions. It does seem simple, however, if you happen to change difficulty or play the 3rd movement of the Moonlight Sonata, it’ll keep you busy for a long time.

Apart from the great classical masterpieces, the app consists of other simple songs, such as “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Birthday to You” for special occasions. Piano Master has 3 levels of difficulty: beginner, apprentice and expert. The beginner version let’s you slow down the song, while the other two become increasingly more difficult.

The application is quite fresh, since it came out on 8th June being rated 4.6/5. Installing the application requires Android 2.1 or up, having 2.2 MB. The free version of Piano Master can be found here, featuring a few songs, while the paid version comes with a lot more. B77 Entertainment did a great job on this game, also launching Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin special versions.

I’ll quote some of the comments about Piano Master:

“I love this app, I wanna take piano lessons now.” – Lucy

“Yeah it can be tough to manage on a small screen but if you are used to texting a lot its not a real problem.” – Kitty

“Great game. Lots of fun. Only one problem.. when it asks me to press 3 keys i can only press two at a time for some reason.. its like the touchscreen just wont accept three presses at once. But there arent many songs like that. Wonderful job. Install it.” – Emily
