  • Most hardware manufacturers, that choose to implement a custom UI over the Android standard, also add some functions to help you get around easier. As we’ve seen on the Galaxy SIII or LG Optimus 4X HD, we have the ability to toggle Android functions straight from the notification bar. This is very useful for people that hate having to go into the settings for something as simple as turning on Wi-Fi.

Notification Bar Deluxe is the perfect tool for adding  a lot of toggles in your notifications bar. This app even lets you add battery percent indication and weather information. It’s a complete tool for all your needs. You can have up to 10 toggles per line, or choose just one, 4, 6 or 8. Once you have selected the desired number of controls you can start adding the toggles, out of the many available. You can choose between:

    • Wi-Fi
    • Mobile Data
    • Bluetooth
    • GPS
    • Rotation
    • Sounds
    • Auto Brightness
    • Flight Mode
    • Auto Sync
    • Torch
    • LockScreen
    • Wi-Fi Access Point
    • QuickSettings (A set of controls that allows you to quickly manage, through an Activity, many preferences)
    • Launch an application
    • Launch a TaskManager or close all running application directly by clicking task manager icon.

Next, you have the ability to choose the icon theme, out of the 6 available. Same goes for weather, if you decided to have it in your notification bar. Activating System Administrator will allow the app to gain more privileges, therefor let you add some very important toggles. Don’t forget to deactivate the function if you decide you need to uninstall the app. In the status bar, you can have a battery indicator, app icon or transparent icon.

There is a free version available for Notification Bar Deluxe, with very limited functionality, mainly for testing purposes. The full version is offered at a very attractive price.
