  • As complete seems the Android Play Store when it comes to the different official apps for social networking, there are still a few that have been left behind by their developers. Still the platform is becoming more and more attractive so the missing apps are expected to arrive in any day.

As far as availability goes Vine is as the moment only available on the iOS platform. We are talking about a new concept of social service that facilitates interaction through short videos. It was acquired by Twitter back in 2012 and has become ever more popular since then. Vine became the number one most downloaded free app on the Apple App Store and one of the most used video sharing services.

Vime allows its users to create short 6 seconds video clips that can then be posted and shared so other users can experience the special moments. The app is now confirmed as coming for the Android platform by the developers themselves While speaking at the Tribeca Film Festivaw. There is no word about when it may happen though expectations tend towards the end of this year.
