Very Stable Jelly Bean Firmware for the Galaxy SIII Leaks

  • There isn’t that much of a difference between Ice Cream Sandwich and the newest Jelly Bean version of the OS, in terms of developer work. Still, Android 4.1 brings many improvements users are anxious to try out, once the new software becomes available for their device. Recent rumors suggest that the Samsung flagship smartphone, the Galaxy SIII, may get the official Jelly Bean update as soon as this week.


    SamMobile have been able to provide all the leaked firmwares for the Galaxy S III. They were also able to get their hand on the latest I9300XXDLI5 Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean Test firmware. I9300XXDLI5 is very close to a final build and bring many stability improvements over the previous versions. As they concluded, the build is very much near perfect so they believe that Samsung will actually start rolling out the Official Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S III very soon. Here are the noticed changes for the latest leak:

    • Maps compass is fixed
    • Maps arrow for direction is fixed
    • UI is smoother and faster
    • Smart Stay Improved
    • Very Stable
    • No FCs
