  • You probably know the TuneIn Radio Pro app for Android, that goes for 99 cents. Well, it has been updated and now supports scheduling recordings. It’s available in version 6.4 now and requires Android 1.6 and up. The app takes up 2.9 MB and it’s a radio app and more, with over 70k radio stations and 2 million on demand programs.

The Pro version allows the user to record all the favourite tunes on the radio to your Android phone or tablet. In the new version of TuneIn Radio Pro you can schedule recordings and starting from the Now Playing screen of the station you want to record you can tap the settings button and select Options. One can enter the time and duration of your desired recording, tap save and you’re done. The really good news is that the issue with Play + Pause button has been fixed.

You can record, pause and rewind any station you want as you listen, in the Pro version. Among the streams available here are the CBS, ESPN and TEDTalks, plus more. You can add stations and songs to your presets and wake up with the alarm clock, plus fall asleep with the sleep timer. You can download the TuneIn Radio Pro from here.
