Thor: The Dark World Game from Gameloft Announced at Comic Con 2013 (Video)

  • You probably know there’s a new Thor movie coming in a few months and as usual with big superhero blockbusters, Gameloft is here to make a game out of it. They’ve shown a short teaser trailer at Comic-Con 2013 and you can watch it below.


    If I remember well there was a Thor game back when the first movie came out in 2011 and frankly speaking, it was kind of a mindless button title that slightly ripps  off God of War. Now they’re at it again, this time from a more over the top perspective and a slight DOTA feel to it, if you allow me that expression. Thor has all sorts of powers based on lighting, smashing stuff up or simply hitting foes with the hammer.

    Thor: The Dark World will offer over 100 missions and the idea here is to save almost 9 different worlds from extiction. From what I can see in the video, Thor has a sidekick and from what I remember from the movie trailer even Loki will be called in for help, so the foes are pretty powerful.
