  • Ask anyone running Gingerbread or below on their device and they will tell you Go Launcher is one of the best choices available. It has a lot of features, great design and supports theming through the very large number already available on the Play Store. Like ADW Launcher before it, the Go Launcher Team has released their newest homescreen replacement app on the Store.

Next Launcher by the GO Launcher Dev Team is now available with a very high price tag, on the Play Store. It is a combination of 3D launchers, like SPB or TSF Shell and including the elements that made Go Launcher so popular. There are tons of features, including 3D visual elements, multiple transition effects and gestures, combined to give the ultimate experience on Android. Version 1.0 does include a few bugs, though we can expect quick fixes in the near future.

The launcher has lots of customization options. From changing how the icons look, to managing and editing home screens, it includes all the features to make the experience more personal and unique. When it comes to performance however, the developer recommends at least a dual-core device, running Android 2.3.3 and up. There is also a fancy live wallpaper and widgets, designed for the launcher, that you can download for free.

Next Launcher is available with a $16 price tag, on the Play Store.
