  • Global mobile video communications company Tango has expanded the features of the famous Tango mobile app on both iOS and Android. Through the latest update of the software it received the ability to offer text messaging, so you can communicate with the loved ones in one more way.

Tango is a mobile video calling application, supported on over 450 devices and that includes all major platforms out there: Android, iOS, Windows and Windows Phone. There are 55 million registered Tango users staying in touch with their loved ones. Video calls can be made via 3G, 4G or WiFi and can now be combined with texts to provide the ideal communication channel. The app was updated on July 19th 2012 and it requires Android 2.1 and up.

The software takes up 11MB of storage and it’s available for free. Thanks to this app you’ll save money with free international calls to other Tango users. Texts are also free with your Tango contacts and you can now send your friends Tango Surprises, an evolution from emoticons. You can get all of that and more from Google Play Store, right here.
