  • The big phenomenon of the 90s and 2000s, Stargate is back as a videogame for mobile this time. The title is called Stargate SG-1 and after being available on iOS for many weeks now, it has finally come to Android.

The title was made by the studio Arkalis Interactive and this game is filled with quick time events, so it’s basically a series of scripted events that you have to take on. The cool thing is that the original voices of Richard Dean Anderson and Amanda Tapping, as well as Michael Shanks were included. Teal’c is also here, voiced by Cristopher Judge.

At first sight we’re dealing with a third person action game, that has you destroying Jaffa warriors and the infamous Goa’uld. You must also solve the ancient puzzles associated with Stargates. This episode has been written by Sally Malcom, the one behind the famous Stargate original story. The maker of the game promises quality 3D graphics, amazing cinematics, a score based on the series soundtrack and intuitive controls.

The game is available here for about $5.
