  • It’s good to be a Sonic fan these days, since the famous game based on the adventures of the blue hedgehog has just turned 23. In order to mark that special occasion, SEGA decided to give the users a special discount. So, all the games are now available for one dollar.

I’m talking about titles like Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic, the Hedgehog 4: Episode I, II, II THD and All Stars Racing. Also, Sonic CD and Sonic Jump are included in the price reduction bin. The discounts apply to iOS and Android games, but Windows Phone users are out of luck this time. Sonic the Hedgehog is the OG game, requiring Android 2.3 and up and it takes up only 32 MB of space.

It allows you to play as Sonic’s friends, Tails and Knuckles, fly around, climb and glide around the levels. You can get it from here for 99 cents. Sonic 4 Episode II THD is especially tailored for Tegra 3 devices, for silky smooth gameplay and graphics. There’s also the option to team up with a friend via Bluetooth and control Sonic and Tails versus Dr. Eggmann and Metal Sonic. The download link is here for this game.

Episode I is available here with the discount and Sonic CD is here also for 99 cents. Finally, here’s Sonic Jump, once again cheaper.
