  • Cloud services have become more and more popular and nowadays everyone uses at least one online storage option. The amount of  free storage space that services offer is usually around 5 GB while some offer even more. If you find the available space to be insufficient you can purchase more for a monthly or yearly fee.

Snap Sync is the newest arrival in the cloud sync based services. The service provides 10 GB of free space once you subscribe with the possibility of purchasing up to 1 TB of extra space. The service is available for Windows and Mac PC’s as well as for Android. The service will sync your photos, videos, music and documents across devices in a fast and reliable manner. Like with most cloud based services, you will be able to access your files at any given time provided you are connected to the internet.

Snap Sync includes a powerful search engine, complete with usage statistics. The service lets you share any file with friends and family and there will be added social media integration. All the files you upload are organized by type so you can access them with minimum effort. You can also opt for automatically syncing and backing up of content. The developers are also working on providing support for Windows 8 based devices and for the iOS mobile platform. The subscription starts at $8.99 per month with 10 GB of data storage included for unlimited devices. Snap One premium service provides access to a portfolio of applications, plus storage plans extending up to 1 terabyte. Jiren Parikh,  President and CEO at Snap MyLife, Inc. stated:

“Snap Sync is a simple, consumer-friendly cloud service for anywhere access to your information,”  “With secure cloud storage and automatic syncing of all your data, Snap Sync makes it easy to manage your digital life. And, because everything is automatic, it makes for an incredibly simple and reliable backup tool. Just set it and forget it.”

Snap Sync can be downloaded for Android and PC’s from the official webpage.
