  • OneLouder Apps has a very nice Twitter client that we loved when we reviewed on the Huawei Ascend P1. It’s called Slices for Twitter and it looks and moves great. It has great speed, it’s very responsive and it allows you to follow live events, slice the timeline into streams and more.

You can bookmark favourite accounts, sync with a web experience and it focuses on fresh content discovery, from fields like music, cinema, tech and more. There are 21 browsable, searchable categories and you can find interesting people/celebs to follow and lists, all very easy to access. Live Events are also included, with special streams showing a feed of tweets from the people involved with the TV, sports events or various other concerts and events.

The main feature of the app is a Timeline Slicer, that allows you to organize your main feed into Slices, sort of mini feeds that you will edit. Slices syncs your activity on the phone with the one from the Slices website that you use on the PC. Thus, you can continue where you left off, with the same notifications, messages and mentions. An nice extra is that you can post to Facebook and have an unlimited number of Twitter accounts integrated. WE give the great app a 9.5 out of 10 and you can download it from here.
