  • Rovio is the developer behind some of the most popular mobile gaming titles, including the Angry Birds series, Amazing Alex and more. The developer has now announced a new feature that allows users to sync their Rovio games progress across devices in a simple manner.

Rovio Account now offers the benefit of having your game progress saved so that you can continue playing where you left off on another device. As most of you already know, games belonging to the Angry Birds universe are available on most platforms, including PC and Mac, Android, iOS, Windows Phone and so on.

The most recent stages of the implementation are still rough around the edges and require some tweaking on platforms such as iOS, in order to function properly.  The developers have published an extensive FAQ taking users through about every step of setting up the games on all platforms. For future reference we’d also like to see other developers acting out in a similar manner.
