  • Roboto is an Android game that I played on the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact and its cramped 4.3 inch screen didn’t stop me from having a blast with this title. The game is priced at 1 dollar and it reminds me a lot of Cordy.

It’s also a bit like Paper Mario, if you know what I’m talking about. This is a platformer title, that comes from the developer Fenix Fire and offers you 30 levels of surfing on a hoverboard with an adorable little robot. You can also ride with your head down, use 5 weapons and a powerup system. The buttons used here include a gliding button, a shooting button and directional keys.

There are also boss battles to have fun with and the soundtrack of this title is electronic and very pleasing to the ears. The currency of the game is a bunch of gears, that you’ll collect as you progress and I have to say that I like the AI of the game, that’s pretty good for a platformer, especially in boss fights.

This game gets a 9.5 out of 10 from us and you can download it here.
