  • It is not long now until the so much expected gaming console based on the Android OS will finally be released to the public. The device was made with large support from the community and with that in mind the developers are willing to show how important it is to take every opinion into account.

OUYA shows a great design and huge potential for future owners to get the device they’ve always dreamed about. With that in mind one aspect seems to have caught the attention of those careful to details. We are talking about the console’s controller that used to implement a directional pad with flat disc. As this type of control makes it harder to accurately press the various directions, the users demanded a change.

The developers behind Project OUYA quickly responded to the opinions and showed they are willing to change the console’s controller. So the design of the d-pad was changed to a more widely-accepted style. Now it should be as responsive as hard-core gamers need to battle their way through the latest action-packed titles. OUYA should be available this year having a very affordable price.
