  • At the end of the summer Fox Entertainment and Angry Mob Games announced they were working on a new Aliens versus Predator title for Android and we haven’t heard anything since. Now there are new screenshots to have a look at and considering the game is supposed to debut soon, I have to say we’re very excited about that.

The title uses the already very popular Unity3D game engine and it allows you to play as both the Predator and the Alien. This AVP newcomer may debut at worst in Q1 2013 and at best in December or so. There are 5 unique environments and 24 levels to have fun with, plus character upgrades and rich detail and distinctive lighting included. You should also know that recently the two companies behind this project actually released a game called Predators on the Google Play, but the AVP title seems more appealing.

Angry Mob Games has a good track record, creating famous titles like Guerilla Bob, Muffin Knight and Predators. Apparently there will also be some special finishing moves in the game, for those who like a bit of blood and gore in their action titles. The Predator will get camouflage and even night vision so this will be one sick game.
