  • Eufloria is a game that’s been available on Steam and on platforms like the PlayStation Network for a while now and it has finally arrived on Android. It’s part of a genre that’s becoming popular only now and that doesn’t have too many titles: the zen and relaxation genre. Eufloria HD for Android costs $5 and it was nominated for awards by BAFTA and IGN.

It requires Android 2.3 and up and it takes up 140 MB of space. Eufloria HD is an addictive strategy game, one that involves colonizing planets with plant seeds. You can explore the space, grow plants and witness bio mechanical evolution. You’ll conquer asteroids in deep space and use resources to grow organic life forms and plants, helping them evolve and shed their seeds to other planets. The game works fine on both tablets and phones and it has a beautiful and flowing interface.

The gameplay is accompanied by classical music and there’s a 25 level Story Mode available with many hours of gameplay. There’s also a “Relaxed Mode”, for a beautiful ambient experience and total chillout for the user. Skirmish modes are also available, as well as a stylish Dark Mater mode. The ambient soundtrack is done by Milieu and levels are different each time, for a more original experience. This is a superb title and very original, that you can download from here.
