  • Gone are the days when Android design was much less appealing compared with the other mobile OSs. Now developers are free to exercise their imagination and with the help of the Google guidelines they are able to create inspiring interface for their apps. CPU Spy Reborn is a perfect example of how Android apps should look like.

With no relation to the very familiar battery monitor – Reborn, the app by developer Mirko Dimartino represents a very attractive and accurate way to measure readings of the CPU usage. The software is Open Source and under constant development so users can expect future features and support for more hardware configurations to be added through updates.

CPU Spy Reborn measures the different states for the CPU to let the user know of the related activity. It can display how much time the CPU was used at a certain speed, very good for analysis battery usage as a whole. In terms of interface, the dark and orange nuances seem highly attractive, with no out of place elements or useless settings. It can be downloaded completely free from the Store.
