  • NOVA 3 was certainly Gameloft’s most anticipated title this year, but now there’s a new one claiming the crown: Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour. The game was once again teased by its maker, thanks to an update the official Modern Combat site. The new update sheds some light on details from the game, like Perks system, new weapons and maps.

The update reveals info about the weapons, both guns and grenades, plus stats for each of them. Guns have full stats, in an attempt to keep everything as realistic as possible. You can click on the Discover link for each gun, revealing stats like Portability, Range, Handling, Damage and so forth. Turrets were also confirmed, with ground and air drones and even a stealth bomber involved in the fight. All the stats in that area are still mysterious.

There’s also a Perks system that has been unveiled, for each type of specialization. Stealth for example offers Opportunism, Proximity Mine, Sixth Sense and a few more attributes. A lot of new info is trickling on te web right now and I can’t wait to see Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour arriving on Android. The weapons section of the game includes assault rifles, shotguns, sniper riffles, handguns, submachine guns, launchers, while grenades include frag grenades, flashbang, stun grenade and even a throwing knife.

More details on the official site here.
