  • Manuganu has been at the top of the free Android games list for days now and we decided to review it on the Allview P5 Quad handset, as shown below. This is a free 3D side scroller, that can also be called a platform runner. It only takes up 43 MB of space and will work on most Android devices.

It resembles Rayman Jungle Run just a little bit, only this time you’ll control Manuganu, a jungle boy who has to run through the forest, fields and an icy environment at some point. You can jump, double jump, slide on ropes, avoid hammers and rockers and jump on mushrooms, for an extra boost. There are several paths you can use while dashing towards the finish line.

You start off with 3 lives and run out of them once you get hit or fall into the deep. There are 3 objectives you must complete in each level, most of them having to do with finishing the game in a certain amount of time, or finishing the level with 3 hearts or collecting the coins scattered throughout the level. You can also use a halt feature to pause action and wait for the proper time frame to skip traps.

There are 30 levels to play with here, but the game tends to get a bit boring at times. We give it an 8 out of 10 and you can download it from here.
