  • Paradox Interactive have made it big time with their Magicka title, available first time on the PC platform, and later brought to the mobile OS’s. The title is one of the most attractive games and that is without the use of very high quality 3D graphics that require 2 x GPU to run. The title is sure to be a success on the Android platform and not only.

    Magicka: Wizards of the Square Tablet has been brought to the Android platform and is now available for less than $2. The title offers the same high-quality pleasing cartoonish graphics that were a joy on desktops and offers the same entertaining gameplay though with some modifications. The title belongs to the action-adventure genre and is placed in a fantasy world where wizards are everywhere, ready to cast elemental spells and all sorts of other tricks.

    Magicka for Android offers both a single-player campaign and a multiplayer one with up to four players. There are multiple gaming modes, including the all-too-familiar co-op and some Android specific gameplay features meant to enhance the experience. There are also some RPG element built-in, including the ability to become stronger by developing more powers along the way. Some other features include:

    * Combine elements to create thousands of spell combinations
    * All-new campaign for single or multiplayer
    * Cross-platform co-op
    * 4-player mayhem with many “accidental” team-kills
    * New items and powers unique to the Android
    * Spend hours touching a representation of yourself
