  • Google Wallet has had its share of success since the official launch a few years ago. On the down side, the limited availability and support don’t make it as popular as it deserves to be. Google’s payment system is still to be integrated in a lot of countries where bureaucracy gets the better side of Wallet.

Android Police has gathered some very intriguing info about the future of Google Wallet. It so seems that Google has big plans for their payment service with an upcoming release of a real-world card for Wallet. It would allow you to make payments just as you would with any back card. At the moment details are scarce but we can guess that  this implementation may allow Google to further expand its services to include new territories. The new card can be used for any transaction, including person-to-person payments and support for mass transit cards.

We have no info about when this implementation might become available but we expect Google will make an announcement regarding Google Wallet Card soon enough.
