  • The latest trend in terms of Android oriented devices is to have even the PC at home replaced with a lighter, easy to assemble and use, plus very cheap Android powered device. Thus the offer in this regards keeps rising by the minute, making its way into the different segments of the market.

Going from multi-purpose oriented Android devices, that are in fact powerful enough to run the latest trends in terms of gaming and internet browsing, the market’s orientation is towards certain types of consumers with some particular needs. It is the case with the Android powered MiiPC that offers a very good exterior design and more than decent specs in terms of performance.

The MiiPC has been designed so that it becomes a kid’s best friend, offering an easy to use and understand interface and also a pleasing design. The device comes with Android 4.2 out of the box and all sorts of pre-installed apps to make it easy to get along with. It is based on the Marvell ARMADA dual-core 1.2 GHz chip with 1 GB of RAM and offers Wi-Fi, an Ethernet port, and Bluetooth 4.0. It supports TV via an HDMI port and there are 2 USB 2.0 ports available. The device is part of the Kickstarter project aiming to raise $50.000 though the goal has already been reached. We hope to see it available soon enough.
