  • Imgur’s official Android app has been available in its early development form since back in April but was at first restricted for a few territories, including Australia and later UK and Canada. Now the restricted beta session is over and the test version is available for all to install and report any inconveniences.

The popular image hosting service plans on offering a highly attractive Android application through its official app still in Beta form. Though only in its early stages, the developers seem to have done a great job benefiting from the time it was only available in restricted form. The app provides a pleasing experience though it requires some polishing before it can be declared complete.

Imgur official for Android comes with an attractive interface. It is comfortable to use and image uploading is done in a snap, without the need for complicated menus or settings. It offers the means to browse the most viral images on the Internet, comment on photos and manage your account and albums. It is as of now available for everyone, provided for free on the Play Store.
