  • We’ve previously shown you this teaser for the Heroes of Order & Chaos, but at the time we didn’t know much about the MMO, that’s supposed to resemble League of Legends a bit. After the YouTube teaser, today we find out the launch date of the title, on both iOS and Android: October 11th. Order & Chaos Online, the predecessor was a subscription based fantasy open world MMO.

This is a title made by Gameloft and DOTA 2 fans should pay attention, since I’m sure they’ll love this. You can play the experience in multiplayer or go with single player bots, if you want and create teams of 3 or 5 unique heroes that will compete against each other, as they try to destroy the enemy base. The arena is pretty typical for MOBA players: 3 major lanes, a river in the middle and all familiar landmarks. You can send NPC minions to push lanes, bring down defensive towers and collect loot, the usual mechanisms for such a title.

Over 30 heroes from the Order & Chaos universe will be available at launch, fitting into the usual categories: tank, image, fighter, header. 6 free heroes will be available each week and extra money can be used to access out of the season heroes as well. Folks to had a hands on with the game said that they can control their hero with a left virtual thumbstick and there’s a right hand attack button used for basic attacks. Special abilities are hot keyed to the right side of the device.
