  • Granny Smith is one of the most original games on the Google Play Store, created by the makers of Sprinkle and now it gets a cool update. The 99 cents title now got 12 new levels taking place in space and one may think that our extreme sports granny is contemplating a jump from stratosphere, but there’s more to this update.

The lack of gravity will change the gameplay totally, something we’ve experienced in Angry Birds Space already. The game is much harder to play this way, according to people who tested it. As you probably know already, the title offers you the chance to glide around as a grandma on wheels and the game boasts the most advanced destruction physics in mobile games. You can crash through crates and windows and watch their pieces fly all over the place. The graphics are fantastic and the colours are very lively.

Control is intuitive with a simple two button pattern and there’s even a cool feature for viewing replays of your actions in retro/sepia style, with slow motion angles and all that. Granny can collect coins and equip a helmet, banana peels and baseballs. Aside from the 12 new levels in space you get bug fixes. The game is up for download here.
