  • It has been an ability introduced by Google some months back, to allow developers to respond to users, following their comments on the Play Store. At the time, only Top Developers could benefit from this means of communicating with their users.

Since June of last year, Google has introduced the means for only Top Developers to respond to users, following any issue they might encounter with a certain app, on the Play Store. Given this means on communication problems could easily be solved in a quick and efficient manner.

Without an official announcement, it has been discovered that now all developers to reply to user comments on the Play Store. It is the case with developer  Dave Kover that noticed the reply button in case of a remark on the Store. We are still unsure as if the ability will be introduced for every developer across the Globe but we suspect Google will make an announcement once things get settled.  Till then we are looking for further reports from developers that noticed this highly useful ability in place.
