  • Like the other Google apps before it, including Calendar and GMail, Play Music for Android has reached a new version that is characterized by a new interface and other enhancements. From the look of it the software giant is looking to bring a new experience to most of its apps on the Android Play Store.

Play Music is Google’s very own streaming service available for Android and has seen a lot of improvements since it was first released. The latest comes with very welcome interface changes after so many users have declared that it should have been better and even manually brought changes to it. Now it looks a lot more clean, going for a Holo Light interface that should be a lot more pleasing.

On top of enhancing the UI, Google has also added a few changes in terms of options. Users are now able to delete tracks and can share song and add to playlist from Now Playing screen. There is also an option to remove items from the My Library interface. The latest release – v5.0.1041J can be downloaded from the Play Store.
