Google+ for Android Gets Updated With Auto Photo Editing, Improved Location Sharing
Last week Google updated Google+ with a new design and some new features, like an Auto Awesome photo editing on desktop. Those features are now coming to the Android Google+ application, that’s available on the Play Store right now.
The update brings photo editing features like the new Auto Awesome, but also the backup for photos and some photo editing tools from Snapseed. Auto Backup will safely and privately store your pics as you take them and another new feature is Auto Highlight, that browses a selection of top shots from every set of pics added.
Finally, Auto Enhance will improve the places and people you photograph automatically. Auto Awesome will serve to create fun versions of your pictures, like animations and panoramas for example, based on the photos you store in your library. Another feature available is one that allows the updated Google+ app to improve location sharing with a new Locations section that allow you to visualize your friends’ locations on the map.
You can download the app from here and by the way it also comes with some cool hashtags, as shown below.
