First Trailer for Gameloft’s Real Football 2013 is Actually Not a Trailer (Video)
Don’t you just love it when a game that you’ve been waiting for gets a fresh trailer? Well, Gameloft’s Real Football 2013 got one recently, but it’s underwhelming at best. Gameloft is one of the most active companies when it comes to developing Android games, especially during the last year, so here they are with a new soccer title.
Real Football 2012 was a freemium title, but I wasn’t quite impressed by its controls and graphics, to be honest. With EA Sports pulling out FIFA 2013 soon, the pressure is on for Gameloft to deliver yet another sporting title of the same caliber. The last Real Football game was downloaded more than 5 million times, a testimony to how much people like the series and game. The launch of RF 2013 will take place in January or February, so maybe that’s why this trailer is so mysterious.
Running for 50 seconds, the “trailer” only shows the face of the player who is the image of the game, Radamel Falcao. What Gameloft need to work on are especially the controls, that I didn’t quite like on previous RF titles. Also a graphics overhaul is welcome.
