Facebook Pages Manager Hits Android
Facebook Pages Manager has been available on iOS for a while now, but it has finally reached the Google Play Store this week. If you’re a Facebook page admin and you like to keep touch with the pages you manage on the go, this is the perfect app to have. It allows you to connect with your audiences and keep up with the activity on several other Pages.
Using this app, admins can post new updates and photos, reply to comments on the Pages they manage, plus view and reply to private messages. You will be notified about new activity for each of the pages and view the latest page insights for each of the pages. You are required to use Android devices running Android 2.2 and above. Meanwhile, I hear that Facebook is also testing some VoIP aspects of its services, with Canadian users already being able to make free calls.
Back to Pages Manager, like the iOS app, the Android software has a very intuitive interface, with clearly organized sections and concise insights. For a while the Pages Manager was only available in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, but then it came to USA and UK. Not sure if you can run it anywhere in the world now, so feel free to test that for yourselves by downloading it from here.
