Dungeon Hunter 4 Detailed in Fresh Gameloft Showcasing
Gameloft has been showcasing various features of the upcoming Dungeon Hunter titles at PAX East 2013. The company is on a roll, so after teasing Modern Combat 5 and having Asphalt 8 casually mentioned weeks ago, it’s time for another one of their upcoming titles to surface.
Dungeon Hunter 4 is the new game and it appears that battle arenas are still included, but they are not the centerpiece of the experience. You can still pick fights in PvP zones or you can group and create co-op fights against powerful enemies, but this time the environment in the game is not battle arenas, but rather real dungeons, as shown in the two screenshots integrated into this article.
I’m talking about the real dungeons you used to explore in the OG Dungeon Hunter games. The title will also feature 4 classes, both with a female and male version of each and players will be able to choose from Battle Mage, Scout Warrior and Blademaster. There will be two melee classes, that have normal controls and the Battle Mage and Scout will be ranged attack classes, with a new type of controls (dual stick shooter, supposedly). The game sticks to the free to play recipe luckily.
