Dead on Arrival 2 Review: Original Concept, Great Co-Op Play (Video)
Dead on Arrival 2 is a title that debuted a bit before Halloween and it’s a pretty nifty deal, being a free game pertaining to the horror survival genre. The game is available for free and I played it on the Nexus 5.
We’re dealing with a co op zombie survival title, that allows you to walk around some labyrinths, while shooting zombies and unlocking goodies. Zombies come in waves and we’ve got what I like to call strategic spending: you spend the money you earn by killing zombies on unlocking doors and weapons. You can do co op with up to 3 players and I have to say that the graphics of this game are pretty hot, with advanced lighting and high end visuals.
You can equip modes like double damage, ice bullets and more, plus some crazy outfits, but all of them cost serious money. There’s a flame thrower to wield here, a rocket launcher, an ice gun, shotgun and more. There are traps to trigger in order to catch the unsuspecting zombies and in case you want someone to thank for the game, N3V Games is it.
This twin stick top down shooter takes up 135 MB of storage, it’s an excellent Halloween title and we give it an 8.75 out of 10. The download link is here.
