Clean Music Player Featuring the Google UI and Themes
Though I can’t exactly say that I am looking for a good music player, nor that I haven’t purchased one already, I am always on the lookout for the best options and one in particular has caught my attention. After CyanogenMod’s Apollo has proven to be a disappointment this might be the next best thing.
Google’s Play Music app is at the very least well built in terms of UI, though many have found an issue with it also and with the fact that it’s missing certain features. Having said that you may come to consider Nexmusic by developer LOCO MAIN just the next best thing. The developer also has other well built offers, including a very attractive clock widget from Jelly Bean 4.2 and a beautiful alarm/deskclock application in holo white style and with many features.
Nexmusic offers the same smooth browsing performance that the stock Google Music app offers. On top of that it offers on screen lyrics and offers support for DashClock Music Extension. The developer also provides some themes for it, including a Google Play style, transparent and dark. The usual playlist features are all there, including browsing your music by albums, songs, artist, recent and more. It comes with two good looking widgets you can place anywhere and the sound quality of it is very well tuned. Plus it works with the built-in equalizer. The developers promised version 2.0 of it by the end of the week, coming with:
– Choose your Album, Artist, Genre, Playlist Images!
– Audio Visualizer
– Cache Wipe
– Reworked notifications (ICS made it simpler )(JB expandable notification now shows artist album and song)
– and much more!
Nexmusic is offered completely free without ads on the Play Store.
