  • Based on HTML5 and offering a whole new approach then what we are used to when it comes to Android tablet compatible third party home-screen replacements,  Chameleon is one of the most innovating and popular choices for the mentioned devices.

While it took the developers behind Chameleon Launcher some time to get it to where it is today, many were craving for new features, widgets and a smartphone compatible version. Teknision, the developer behind this project, is working on a special smartphone version of the feature oriented launcher.

Chameleon Launcher for smartphones is still in its very early stages of development. Based on previous experience, it is expected it will arrive in a pre-final release for everyone to test, on the Play Store. Till then, we get the opportunity to see it in action on two of the best smartphones – Galaxy Note 2 and LG Nexus 4. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we get word about a release on the Store.
