One of the games we played this fall was Earn to Die 2, a free title from the Play Store, that we tested on the ASUS ZenFone 2. It’s a side scrolling runner of sorts, that has you controlling a Mad Max-style car, that tramples and kills zombies. Everything gets crazy and bloody fast and you’re limited in the gameplay by fuel.
You have to...
Ski Safari was an unexpected hit when it first came out, that totally required a successor. Well, it came as Ski Safari 2 a couple of weeks ago, but before that there was Ski Safari Adventure Time, that we reviewed below. We played it on the Galaxy Note 5 and you can download it from here for $1.
It uses the trademark Cartoon Network characters from...
Hellrider was one of the games I played on the ASUS ZenFone 2, a phone that’s very much prone for gaming, since it was the first with 4 GB of RAM. Well, this title isn’t exactly Doom 3, but it’s quite fun, in its own casual way. It’s available for free in the Play Store and feels like a combo of Snow Roll and Zigzag.
Launched...
It’s one thing to simulate crazy car racing and move on to speed boat racing and another to include a senseless high life simulator in the same title. Driver was a pretty appreciated almost-GTA game series, that involved crazy car stunts and a very nice damage concept. On mobile Driver became for some reason the title Driver Speedboat Paradise,...
Angry Birds 2 debuted this summer with great fanfare, but it’s not exactly the hit that everyone expected. It’s available for free, brings a ton of levels (and I do mean a ton), but it also spoils the fun with limited lives (5 of them) and cards with birds used in limited amounts.
We played the game on the Nokia N1 and had over 200 levels...
Five Nights at Freddy’s 4 is apparently the end of the famous FNAF series, one that comes to a close with this fourth title, that we tested on the Nokia N1 Android tablet. I have already reviewed all the other 3 games, so I have a bit of background on Scott Cawthon’s exploits. Priced at $5, FNAF is probably the scariest and most annoying...
A few months back, I got the chance to play a game called Does Not Commute, that I had a blast with on the Sony Xperia E4. Basically, the game is free, but in fact you can only play a sort of endless mode, since triggering checkpoints would require an in app purchase.
The purpose is to guide people in cars toward the target in a certain time limit....
While playing around with the Mstar S700 handset, I also played some games on this device. Alien Creeps TD was one of them, a tower defense title that was launched in the summer of 2014 and it’s available for free in the Play Store.
Coming from Outplay Entertainment, the game features 3 modes in every stage (Campaign, Veteran, Spec Ops) and obviously...
Ketchapp has been on a roll this year, launching quite a few one tap titles, all of them casual free games and all of them addictive. Skyward came under fire a bit, for its styling similar to the one of Monument Valley, but that’s not exactly a bad thing. We review the game below.
So, we’re dealing with a free title here, tested on the...
I feel the need to compare Glu games, because they’re very much alike. Especially those associated to movies… We had a solid Robocop title last year, then the mediocre Terminator Gensisys. Now Mission Impossible Rogue Nation gets its own game, that we played on the Xiaomi Mi 4i.
This one is the typical static shooter, maybe a bit more sniper-based...
