  • With the apps available on the Play Store it’s not always easy to manage our installed apps. Most developers struggle to offer as many options as possible into their apps, at the cost of the ease of use and simplicity. Fortunately apps are developed every day and there is a new offer available for easy app management.

Burrows Apps is known for developing some very good Android software. They are behind some very useful apps, such as Root Checker – a small tool to check if your phone has root access after your first attempt at rooting your phone. App Manager is their latest offer and already has lots of users enjoying its efficiency and ease of use. As the developer states, App Manager is a light-weight tool designed to simply help the user to batch uninstall and backup applications with the least amount of permissions as possible.

Using App Manager you will be able to perform batch operations on your installed apps. You can uninstall or install apps, either one-by-one or through a batch operation. You can also view complete info about an app, such as app size, name or latest update. App Manager allows you to back up your apps one-by-one or Batch Backup. The apps are stored into the Android/data/burrows.apps.appmanager dir and from there you can copy them in a safe place. The UI is very well designed and easy to understand, using Holo elements.
